PSB Visa information/complaint hotline:
Dongguan Public Security Bureau (PSB) visa information hotline and complaint line. It has an English version and a Chiinese version. The first phone number is the information line, and the second number is the complaint hotline. There are also links to other local branches in other Guangdong cities. http://www.gdcrj.com/jgjs/dgcrj/ -- Chinese version of this site, you can see the phone numbers clearly listed here. Rahul did a bit of digging around the Chinese site to find the English version and got lucky!
